For what purpose do we process your personal data? What is the legal basis for processing your data?
We inform you that the personal data provided in your Curriculum Vitae and any other data you may provide during the selection process will be processed to evaluate and manage your job application. The legal basis for this processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by the candidate.
Additionally, if you give us your consent, this data will be used to inform you of future vacancies that match your profile and may be of interest to you. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
If you provide us with references from third parties to verify the information provided, you must have informed and obtained the consent of these persons to be contacted by BLACK BULL.
How long do we keep your data?
Personal data will be kept until they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purpose for which they are processed, or when the data subject requests their deletion, or if applicable, withdraws the consent given.
To whom will your data be communicated?
Your data will not be transferred to third parties; if otherwise, your consent will be requested prior to the transfer. The involvement of some of BLACK BULL’s service providers may imply an international transfer to countries outside the European Economic Area. The data processed by BLACK BULL are those provided by the candidate when applying for the job, as well as by human resources consultants or employment platforms, such as LinkedIn. In any case, BLACK BULL’s data processing is limited to:

• Contact details: email, phone;
• Academic and professional data: CV, education, professional experience;
• Social circumstances data;
• Other data included in your Curriculum.
What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Any person has the right to obtain information about whether BLACK BULL is processing personal data concerning them or not.
• Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
• In certain circumstances, interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
• In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, interested parties may object to the processing of their data. BLACK BULL will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
